About the position

Uniflex is now seeking a furnace operator for hire to our client Paroc in Hässleholm. The position is full-time and offers good development opportunities within a successful business.

Your responsibilities:

• Be responsible for monitoring the melting process and melt flow to ensure the highest possible quality and efficiency.
• Monitor the facility's process images and act on alarms or deviations.
• Contribute to safety work, continuous improvements, and 5S.

The melting furnace is a central part of production, and your efforts affect the entire manufacturing chain. Through your work, you contribute to the factory's quality and results while having the opportunity to develop in your role.

Requirements for the position:

• Crane training
• Fall protection training

Experience in the process industry is an advantage.

Working hours:

Initially 3-shift, later transitioning to 5-shift.
